Rev1 Power Services ATS Web App
I was the sole developer on this project and was responsible for it end-to-end. It was based on BullHorn ATS design, but with better UI/UX and cut out some features that were just clutter for our company when using bullhorn.This web app increased overall company efficiency as well as cut down huge monthly costs not having to pay for 3rd-Party ATS systems anymore by building an in-house ATS system from the ground-up.

Rev1 Energy's Job and Candidate searching app is revolutionizing the commissioning and startup industry. With the simple click of a button, clients have access to qualified candidates, vetted and sourced by Rev1 Energy from around the world, and candidates have the ability to search and submit interest to jobs, all with the same superior support from Rev1 that we have provided to the industry for more than 18 years. The Rev1 Energy app is designed to operate on any device that utilizes iOS or Android operating systems. Its simplistic and easy to use yet powerful and responsive.
Kurikaeshi (Japanese Learning)
Kurikaeshi (Japanese for 'repetition') is an app allowing users to learn and retain Japanese vocabulary by means of a spaced repetition algorithm. Kurikaeshi stores a wealth of information, including pronunciation and example usages, for each word, and tracks the user's progress as their grasp of new vocabulary words increases.

About Me:
I am a Full Stack Web and Mobile Developer experienced with React, Node.js, mobile-first responsive development, and business process efficiency and automation. I am from the Dallas, TX area and am skilled with modern tooling and eager to learn more. I am most fluent in the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express, React, Node.js), however I love to learn and am always trying new things and searching for the next challenge so I am definitely not limited to just this stack. My ideal work environment would be somewhere where I can contribute to a meaningful project that impacts people's lives in a great way. I love working in teams and have leadership abilities as well from my experience in the United States Marine Corps.
In my free time I like to learn new development languages, libraries and frameworks, as well as play some strategy video games. I like that these games keep my mind moving and make me think as well as giving me some down time to relax so I don't get burnt out trying to learn so many new things while mastering previously learned skills. I also love spending time in the mountains, fishing, and off-roading, interacting with wildlife, and just enjoying nature in general.
The thing I love most about development is that I never get bored and am constantly facing new challenges and bettering myself. There is always something out there to learn in this industry and I love the challenge of learning as much of it as I can and mastering the technologies I enjoy most. I also have a background in SEO, online marketing, ad campaign management such as facebook ads which directly correlates into my web development experience as the 2 skillsets mesh together quite nicely.
